What you get

• The anonymous 'shadow AI' survey: A pre-session, anonymous survey link to send to your wider team. We'll find out what AI tools are actually being used on the ground, so our workshop is based on reality, not guesswork.
• A 90-minute online workshop with up to 8 of your people (12 by arrangement).
• One page of AI guidelines for the whole business: what's encouraged, what needs a second pair of eyes, and what's off-limits.
• The rollout kit: A pre-written, friendly draft email for you to introduce the guidelines to the team without killing morale, plus a short 5-point vetting checklist for anyone asking to use a new AI tool.
• A 20-minute handover and integration call: Once the draft is ready, we'll jump on a quick call to refine it. Bring your HR or IT lead, and I'll brief them on exactly how to integrate these practical rules into your staff handbook.
• Your guidelines within five working days of the session.
• A short informal call with whoever is booking, before the session, which doesn't count towards the 90 minutes.
• Two 45-minute sessions instead of one 90-minute workshop, if that suits your people better.

Who it's for

The owner, managing director or director of a UK small or medium-sized business whose people are already using AI, officially or not, and nobody's agreed the rules. You're the one who'll be asked what's allowed, and the one who carries it if company or client data ends up somewhere it shouldn't.

The workshop settles that for the whole business, not one team: which tools are approved, what company and client data can go into them, when AI output needs a second pair of eyes before it reaches a customer, and what happens when someone gets it wrong.

We don't just talk theory. We actively role-play your most common data scenarios, like summarising a client meeting or drafting a proposal, so we build the rules around your actual daily work.

Bring the people already using AI the most, plus whoever will hold the line afterwards: usually an operations lead, and HR or IT if you have them. You should be there too.

How it works

2. 02Distribute the anonymous survey to your team and fill in a short questionnaire yourself.
3. 03Have a short informal call with me, so I know who's in the room, what's going on, and what the survey revealed.
4. 04Choose your session time, or two 45-minute slots if you'd rather.
5. 05We run the scenario-based session together.
6. 06Your guidelines and rollout kit arrive within five working days, followed by our 20-minute handover call.

What it isn't

This isn't legal advice. If you want the guidelines built into contracts or your staff handbook, run them past your HR adviser or solicitor. I'll point out where that's needed during our handover call.
